Sample Yoga Practice Program

We run up to 20 different classes daily, 7 days per week. You can create your own training programme choosing different program duration, classes type and exercise formats, directly from your phone app. Our Fitness and yoga sessions take place indoors or outdoors. Indoor classes are organised in the boutique style, private Training Studio and outdoor classes on the breathtaking seafront promenade nearby. Every class is run by a professional instructor who will guide you and help you benefit the most out of each session. All according to your own preferences.

Nevertheless, we also know that you are coming to Malta only for a few days and it is easy to get lost in the jungle of classes available to you from our daily schedule. That is why we prepared exclusively for our Fitness & Yoga Holiday guest’s Training Program Proposal. Based on the preferences of the previous participants.

Athletic and physically demanding form of yoga. Synchronizing the breath with a movements. Strengthen and tone the body, works an effective weight management and core strength building routine.

THURSDAY

HIITFLOW

Combination of Yoga poses and High Intensity Interval Training (lunges, jumps, squats and planks). Work on core and upper body strength, increase endurance and stamina, as well as promote flexibility, mobility and coordination.

YIN

Passive, cooling, stretching, releasing and calming balance to those intense, activating and heating sessions. static Yin postures will be held for around 5 minutes, the ideal amount of time to allow the body and mind to release and find stillness.
