Coming to Malta for a fitness and yoga holiday, you will undoubtedly want to know, what and where to eat in Sliema. The location of your accommodation is a great advantage here! With many good restaurants and cafes within walking distance, in Sliema you really are spoilt for choice.

Taking care of what you eat is important if you aim at losing weight during your holidays. In Sliema, there are certainly several options to make this both tasty and easy.

Pure Juice & Health Bar is located less than 2 minutes away from our training centre. They offer an extended, appetizing vegan menu, cold-pressed juices, lactose-free drinks and even sugar-free sweets and cakes. With prices ranging from 5-10 EUR, eating here won’t cost an arm and a leg.

Right next to the Freemyme studio, there is a place called J’Oli. This sandwich and salad bar also has a healthy selection of snacks, including wraps, grilled ciabattas, smoothies, and custom-made salads. The price range here is also between 5-10 EUR.

Next to the training centre, you can find the Tower supermarket – in case you simply want to do some shopping or have forgotten something from home!

We also recommend you checking out the wide offer of restaurants in Sliema. Whether you wish to try something new or familiar, there are so many options with cuisines from across the world! The restaurants are among all different price ranges: from inexpensive cafes, through tasty lunches towards fine dining experiences.

Sliema also has several places that invite you to try traditional, homemade Maltese food. We recommend Ta’ Kris and il – Merill.
