Sample Training Program

We run up to 20 different classes daily, 7 days per week. You can create your own training programme choosing different program duration, classes type and exercise formats, directly from your phone app. Our Fitness and yoga sessions take place indoors or outdoors. Indoor classes are organised in the boutique style, private Training Studio and outdoor classes on the breathtaking seafront promenade nearby. Every class is run by a professional instructor who will guide you and help you benefit the most out of each session. All according to your own preferences.

Nevertheless, we also know that you are coming to Malta only for a few days and it is easy to get lost in the jungle of classes available to you from our daily schedule. That is why we prepared exclusively for our Fitness & Yoga Holiday guest’s Training Program Proposal. Based on the preferences of the previous participants.

Please do not feel obliged to use the program below, however, we strongly recommend to follow it if you wish to meet other Fitness & Yoga Holiday in Malta guests. All classes below are also suitable for any fitness level. Want to see more? Check out some of our VIDEOS

Focusing on abdominal and oblique building. This is a 30 minute midsection hypertrophy class, using strength building and volume based exercises.

An ideal class to introduce you to weight lifting. This power session involves variations of compound movements, including strengthening and pushing & pulling motions for the whole body while paying attention to technique. The core is also effectively activated through compound lifts.
